I used this engine to replace the OEM Briggs engine on my 2000 model year Grasshopper ZTR mower. I transferred all the Grasshopper extra parts to the new engine. Mostly the rear shrouds and exhaust parts. I reused the Grasshopper starter relay because of the safety interlocking wiring. I had to purchase two metric bolts to attach the hydro drive to the flywheel end of the engine. It was an easy job and the engine runs great.
